  • Looking for a team mindset shift or a more structured way to innovate? Through Spring Impact, I help mission-driven leaders clarify and de-risk their strategy for scale. Usually we do a few workshops followed by in-depth coaching to test and co-create solutions with our priority communities.

    Typical topics include setting a shared goal, prototyping MVPs, testing with users, and responding to data.

  • Need help executing on a specific project or product? I help nonprofits and mission-driven start-ups launch new programs and get complex initiatives over the finish line. We usually work together for 3-12 months at 25-50% of my time.
